Educating clients about proper garden maintenance is part of every design proposal. When clients invest their hard-earned money into a landscape renovation, they need to have a planting plan and document that explains the plants that are on their property and any maintenance, pest or disease issues to be aware of. A common issue in tropical landscapes is the need for selective pruning of palms, bougainvilleas, hibiscus and hedges.
