The decision to implement this particular software was driven by its ability to streamline daily operations, including matter and case management, contact and client management, fundamental calendaring, docketing, document management, timekeeping/billing, accounting, collaboration and communication tools, client portal, document/form assembly, and client intake. Additionally, the software's cloud-based storage ensures data security and accessibility, while its time tracking and billing capabilities contribute to efficient invoicing and reduced manual input errors. Furthermore, the system's client portal has greatly improved client satisfaction by providing transparency and easy access to case information. I use Clio Manage and the interface is smooth and the software's features are robust. It includes a nice set of integrations including Google and Quickbooks, which I use for accounting. I moved from Cosmolex, which had a clunky interface, though I do miss the integrated accounting. Clio Manage integrates with Zapier which allows me to connect GoHighLevel, my CRM and calendar booking system, as well as QuestionScout which acts as my intaked form, to Clio Manage and automate my processes so I can focus on the practice of law.
