Mentorship comes in many different forms. For me it was just sharing a simple conversation while sitting next to a slightly older colleague one day at work. His advise was simple. He said: "Zoran, if you think you don't have time to take your Architecture License exams now, wait until you have a family and kids". His advice motivated me to get my license early in my career. I have benefited both professionally and personally from his advice, and hope to encourage others as well.
