Hi there! My name's Jessica and I'm with Citra Swimwear based out of Saint Petersburg, Florida. I lived in Miami as a teenager and was heavily inspired by the colors I saw there when we were developing our Classic Collection of 70's inspired swim shorts and scoop tops. The colors we chose were orange, turquoise, navy, and blue and they reminded me so much of Miami Beach and the colors of the buildings there. Here's the link to the Classic Collection: https://citraswim.com/collections/classic-swimwear Our other collection is The Pool Party collection and that was inspired by the party culture I saw in Miami, the collection comes in vibrant, shiny solids that really light up in the sun and remind me of neon lights. That collection can be found here: https://citraswim.com/collections/pool-party-swimwear Finally I wanted to mention that we are a Florida company, we love Florida and we love being Florideans so that's why our logo is both a butt and an orange : ) . Because you can squeeze a butt and you can squeeze an orange and you squeeze the most of out of your day and have a wonderful life here in Florida.
Miami's swimwear style thrives on confidence, so when I build digital campaigns for these brands, I lean into that energybright, unapologetic, and expressive. I've seen fantastic response rates from influencer clips showing real transformations and behind-the-scenes footage under palm-lined backdrops. Whenever bold design meets real storytelling, engagement spikes because audiences connect with both the style and the self-assurance it represents.
As a plastic surgeon, I've seen how the right swimsuit can completely change how a woman feels about her body after surgery. In Miami, where bold colors and daring cuts are part of the scene, I often suggest styles with strong support, like high-neck halters or one-shoulder designs that highlight new contours without sacrificing comfort. Whenever confidence wavers, I've found that vibrant tropical patterns and solid, structured fits give my patients the perfect mix of elegance and empowerment.
The city of Miami exists through its colorful nature. Women in this region choose to dress in vibrant colors and bold patterns because they feel the sun observes them at all times. The local swimwear design reflects this energy through its combination of high-rise Lycra fabric and gold hardware and deep colors that resemble hibiscus and papaya juice. Our swimwear collection exists to connect the rooftop pool experience with salsa dance floor excitement through tropical designs that exude sensuality and unbridled energy. Our swimwear design philosophy rejects body restraint because it focuses on showcasing sun-kissed skin while celebrating the body in its complete radiance. The purpose of our swimwear is to help you achieve your most vibrant self because anything less would be unsuccessful.
