My interest in the military has stemmed from serving myself and knowing first-hand the challenges and honors of that career. There's something extraordinarily fulfilling about working in a team with trust, accountability and meaning at the heart of everything you do. My military experience pushed me to the edge and gave me insight on perseverance, leadership and friendship. These experiences shaped me and left me with an urge to continue serving the military community in meaningful ways, beyond active duty. What really fuels this passion is to make life simpler for people who live under the burden of responsibility each day. I've experienced the stress leadership creates, running a group, making microsecond decisions, making the mission happen and looking after your team. That's why I've spent years creating tools and solutions that allow leaders to regain their time and get back to what's most important. For me, it's personal.
