As a pediatric professional in the beauty industry, patient or in this case customer feedback has been instrumental in shaping my approach. When we first launched our light therapy masks, custimers reported frustration with the high cost and minimal results of traditional spa treatments. This led us to create an affordable, at-home alternative using clinically-proven light technology. Providing an accessible solution at a lower price point allowed more people to experience the benefits of light therapy. After launching, some customers still struggled to see noticeable improvements. We finded through follow-up calls that many were not using the mask consistently enough or long enough to achieve results. We updated our product FAQs and onboarding to provide more detailed usage guidelines and realistic timelines for various skin concerns. Educating customers on proper product application and setting the right expectations has increased satisfaction and driven better outcomes. Customer reviews also highlighted the desire for more targeted treatments. In response, we developed mask attachments with specific light wavelengths to address individual needs like acne, anti-aging, or skin health. Giving customers options to customize their experience based on their unique skin goals has made our product more valuable and effective for a wider range of people. Listening to customer feedback and continuously optimizing our offerings based on their needs has been key to the success and growth of our business.
