Real-life experiences have underscored the importance of actively listening to patients' concerns and suggestions to tailor our services to their needs. For example, after receiving feedback regarding long wait times at the pharmacy counter, we implemented measures such as optimizing staffing levels, streamlining workflows, and offering prescription refill reminders to improve efficiency and reduce wait times. Additionally, we revamped our patient education materials based on feedback to ensure clarity and accessibility.
