Our restaurant recently collaborated with a local urban farm to create a hyper-local, seasonal menu. This initiative aimed to reduce our carbon footprint by sourcing ingredients directly from the farm, minimizing transportation emissions and supporting local agriculture. We promoted this sustainable menu through targeted marketing campaigns, highlighting the freshness and quality of the ingredients, as well as the positive environmental impact of supporting local farmers.
