After many years in academia, what keeps me motivated and passionate about teaching law is seeing the impact I have on my students. There's something incredibly fulfilling about helping them develop critical thinking skills and guiding them through complex legal concepts. I've learned to continuously evolve my teaching methods, incorporating current legal trends and real-world case studies, which keeps the material fresh and relevant. Also, I stay engaged by maintaining close connections with students, seeing their growth, and discussing their ideas. It's those moments—when a student finally grasps a difficult concept or shares a new perspective—that remind me why I chose this path. I also make a point to attend legal seminars and stay connected with the broader legal community, ensuring that my teaching reflects the latest developments. This dynamic interaction between theory, practice, and student engagement is what fuels my ongoing passion for teaching law.
