Every Friday on Slack, we send out an automated message to all team managers to highlight three big wins from their team that week and mention the person responsible. Then on Monday, I copy the whole private thread into AI and tell it: "You are a hype man, here is a summary of everything the different departments of our company accomplished this week. Please rewrite this for internal use to be shared with the entire company to motivate them. It should be uplifting, encouraging and make people happy that they are working here. Be sure to mention the relevant people who did the good thing if that is mentioned." The response I get is a well formatted summary of everyone's hard work for the week, in an engaging and fun style. Then I simply paste this into the companywide Slack channel, making sure all of the people are properly tagged. We get a ton of engagement from across the organization and a lot of discussions and congratulations.
