For a growth and performance company like Belimo Americas, quality is the number one attribute that we look for in our LSP's. Being an extension of the Belimo name, we expect that quality be number one for the them as well. Because of the critical nature of our supply chain, we look for providers who can really differentiate themselves from the others and ensure that we can reliably continue to provide our world class products to our customers.
Gauging their Flexibility and Scalability I find that logistics providers who can allow TrackingMore to improve its agility are the most preferable to work with. Whenever I’m evaluating the performance of logistics providers, I look at how flexible and scalable they are to accommodate any changes in demand, unexpected disruptions and seasonal fluctuation. This approach helps to weed out the most reliable providers from the rest.

Truck Driving School Marketing Director on Evaluating The Performance of Logistics Providers As a truck driving school, we partner with many logistics providers (our carrier partners). This ensures that our students can find great employment opportunities, both for their first trucking job and beyond, and the trucking companies have a steady supply of well-trained truck drivers. Before partnering, we evaluate the performance of these trucking companies, and one key factor is safety. We value our students’ safety and that of others on the road, so we need carrier partners that share that value. —Lauren Gast, Director of Marketing and Communications at Truck Driver Institute, a truck driving school with eleven campuses across the United States Name: Lauren Gast Title: Director of Marketing and Communications Company: Truck Driver Institute Website: https://www.drivebigtrucks.com/ Headshot: https://i.imgur.com/a7y9AKO.png
