Finding a white tee that isn't see-through or flimsy is surprisingly tough, but after years in the fashion industry at Metro Models, I've seen what actually holds up. For a solid, vintage-inspired fit that stays opaque, Zara's heavyweight basics are a reliable win. If you want something more refined, COS offers that architectural, relaxed silhouette that looks high-end but keeps a casual vibe. In terms of affordable exercise clothes that cannot disintegrate after they go through the laundry, Decathlon is the most cost-effective choice. All the three are affordable and readily available in Switzerland and are priced at a point of quality and price.
I feel like I'm turning into my Dad, because all I wear now is just one brand. I found one I like and it's all I buy. To be clear, I live in a fairly small beach town so there's not a huge amount of options, but I only buy from Lululemon. (And my wife mocks me for it). I used to work in retial so I'm kind of picky. And yes, these are more expensive but higher quality, better fit, slightly stretchy, breathable, while also looking high quality. I probably spend around $180 bucks a month there grabbing a new t-shirt + shorts each month (and have receipts to prove it). I really can't stand t-shirts that lose their shape or don't feel ergonomic, or even just cheap material. I know it's expensive but I have like 20 of their shirts, almost all in the same colour. They last far longer than others so it's a no-brainer for me. Honestly its kind of embarrassing. They'll often ask if you've been there before and then I have to stand there and they realize the only thing I'm not wearing of theirs is my trainers.... You would think I was a yoga practitioner but honestly it just ticks all the boxes. Happy to answer any more questions, Dan
