Responding to this feedback, we pivoted our design strategy to prioritize simplicity and user-friendliness. We simplified the navigation, introduced clearer labels, and created a more intuitive dashboard with visual guides and a progressive disclosure design approach. This meant that users could access more complex features only when they needed them, without overwhelming the main interface. This shift not only improved user satisfaction and ease of use but also broadened the appeal of the software to a larger market segment, including those who might be less tech-savvy. The redesign was driven by a combination of user feedback and emerging market trends that emphasised simplicity and accessibility in software tools.
