At ParcelPanel, we have a functional marketing structure that we use to accomplish the different marketing objectives we have. In this structure, I'm the overall head as the company's CMO, and below me are the Content Marketing Lead, Creative Marketing Lead, Email Marketing Lead, and Social Media Marketing Lead. Each one of these heads a team of up to five freelancers and permanent employees. This structure works for us because it ensures different functions of our marketing strategy can be executed simultaneously and contribute to our overall success.
