Their no need for the employees to sign the offer letter as Gusto verifies the documents and collects them. It has a creative design and congratulates the employees when the important tasks are completed by a virtual celebration. This software is simple, easy to use, and does not require any training. It offers three packages with different subscription fees depending on the features and the access to no. of people. It is easy to access on desktops and mobile phones. Gusto may not fulfill the needs of large organizations but is perfect for small ones.

What I like about Samplex24 is how it shows all the relevant information right on its dashboard. With so many HRM programs coming out and about every day, Samplex even being a new installment stands out for being the most efficient at its job. It feels as if the developers knew exactly what's missing from all the HR software and packed then packed all these features into Samplex. It's also very affordable, making it a viable option for small businesses. The only area of improvement is probably its UI/UX design.

It offers a user-friendly interface, similar to those of media and social networks. Additionally, the Professional package supports an unlimited number of users, enabling Bitrix24 CRM to easily manage businesses that are expanding swiftly. However, it is not well-liked by entrepreneurs. Bitrix24 is suitable for mid-sized organizations willing to spend time learning how to use the program.
The biggest advantage of using Accelo is its high level of security when keeping employee information. In HR, all data should be safe from all forms of cyber attacks, and Accelo ensures that our employee data is free from these threats. Moreover, it has an automatic time tracking feature that helps our workers check their job productivity and the hours they spend on the day they report to work. Accelo is also ideal for group collaboration and efficient reporting, allowing each team in our organization to finish their projects even before deadlines.
We use several different HR software products, but the one that we found most useful was PeopleStrong. It's been a great fit for my team and the company, and I'm continually impressed by the features. We like that you can access it from your computer or phone, which allows us to work from home if we want to. Earlier, we’d use multiple different HR software, which would become a painstaking task. Namely provides all those features within our budget. So, it’s our one-stop solution to all our HR problems. However, this software is best for small to mid-sized companies. They should offer their services to bigger enterprises.
In our company we use Bit.ai. We use it to edit, organise, share, and collaborate on documents. This is a helpful tool for handling offer letters, training materials, HR procedures, benefits, and many other things. Creating documentation to assist with onboarding new workers, educating current employees, and communicating updates and benefit changes takes up an important portion of what HR professionals do. Bit documents are rich in digital content and let you include virtually any kind of digital information. This entails including PDFs for crucial employee benefit links, contracts, offer letters, video lessons, statements from the CEO, and much more. Bit enables you and your team to update and modernise your HR records. We like that our HR staff can join us for collaborative work in a tidy setting. Create workspaces for supervisors, knowledge bases for staff, workspaces, for internal department work, and much more. However, it has limited formatting and design features.
I extensively use and would always recommend Connecteam as the best HR software for people management. Providing an overarching people management system works great in terms of inputs from users. Also, Connecteam has a systematic approach for to-do items and has an employee time clock as well as job scheduling features. Known for producing the best communication and collaboration tools, Connecteam has a plug-in mechanism to improve its function and is also beginner friendly for people who don't have prior experience with the software. Connecteam also provides critical workforce insights and productivity tracking that helps HRs to enhance their efficiency in getting to know more about their employees and their performance. The only disadvantage I found is that only higher-tiered plans have advanced features and the basic plan is limited with the availability to add only two subtasks.
Rippling is a notable HR software platform with loads of automation capabilities that make it an excellent solution for small and medium organizations looking to onboard new personnel easily. Sending an offer letter and fresher paperwork, running background checks, electronically verifying documents, adding employees to payroll, enrolling them in health insurance, ordering and shipping computer systems, and setting up Google Workspace, Slack, and Office 365 accounts all take 90 seconds. If you did things the old-fashioned way, it would take you a lot of time.
We use BambooHR as our human resource database. It is very user friendly and we can easily pull reports from it. We have also set it up so supervisors can go in and view their employee's information and employees can go in and update their information. HR has the ability to set up controls depending on what you would like employees to have access to and what supervisors should have access to. It's a great database that can even do payroll, ATS, electronic signatures, and more!
I highly recommend BambooHR as it is user-friendly and best for small or medium businesses. Unlike other software, it features PTO management. It features time tracking, onboarding, paid time off, payroll, employee directory, and DocuSign. It is UX designed with a robust feature set that makes navigation easy. It is easy to access, and the system limits access to employees in a specific area, which is only for the authority. Bamboo HR makes tracking better, and its API documentation is magnific. I suggest improving the performance management module as it is not very customizable.

If I operate with mobile or hourly staff, Gusto's time tracking tools come in helpful. Its employee time monitoring features guarantee that all of my team's time is tracked and automatically factored into payroll. We adopted BreatheHR for its level of customisation, ease of use and reasonable price. It also offers convenient onboarding, employee, and payroll management features. We're happy with our decision so far - the software has a user-friendly interface and has helped us save time on many HR-related tasks. The only downside is that managing part-time employees require some manual work.
Google Docs is a one-stop-shop for all of my HR needs. From benefits and policies to performance feedback, it's all in one place — which makes my life a lot easier. I'm able to share and track documents and information, while also providing a consistent experience across my organization. Plus the online format makes it easy to share and collaborate with my remote team.
Because we have such a unique corporate structure, work week schedule, and compensation system, we needed an HR system that was extremely flexible and able to be customized. For us, this was hard to find, as many of the big name HR companies are fairly rigid in their functionality and pricing. Thus, in the end, we settled on namely. Their software is extremely flexible and you can customize the program for whatever your needs are. Not to mention, it covers everything end-to-end. Namely handles our payroll, benefits, onboarding, compliance, and a lot more. It was hard for us to find an HR platform that was highly customizable, affordable, and a one-stop shop. We’ve been very happy with Namely. If there is one area where they could improve though it would be their interface. I've seen demos of Bamboo and others, and Namely's U/I just isn't as modern.
