I am a big fan of Xero and have used it both personally and professionally. One of the best features of Xero is its simplicity. It has a simple interface and is easy to use, which makes it ideal for both beginners and more experienced users. Another thing I love about Xero is that it's cloud-based, which means you can access your data wherever you are. The mobile app also makes it easy to record transactions on the go. Overall, I think Xero is a great financial management tool for businesses of all sizes.

I've been a Quickbooks user for years. In fact, they contacted me recently to interview me on some really cool things they're thinking about. I had a great conversation with key members of their team. What I liked about that experience most was knowing that they really did care what their users thought about their solution. It's not perfect, but it certainly has improved over the years. And, I see them on a path towards more improvements, particularly in ways that will help small business owners and startups. It's a real time-saver for things like invoicing and reconciling finances. And, you can send invoices with a link that facilitates and expedites payment by ACH, debit, and credit cards. Years ago, I used to do my invoicing by creating documents in Microsoft Word, putting them in the mail, and waiting for a check to arrive. I'm now able to save a lot of that time and aggravation with a tool that's designed for the job.

In my last job we would send our customers lots of fun add-ons with their physical orders. These add-ons would include free samples of food, deodorant, and a variety of other goodies from corporate sponsors. Our customers loved this would share photos of all the goodies on social media. Aside from their tremendous joy, the whole process cost us nothing but the time to put the boxes together, since the corporate sponsorships covered the costs of all the freebies and the shipping. This was one creative way to surprise and delight customers and to do so in a way that was very cost effective. As such, you don't need to go big when it comes to thanking customers. You just need to find ways to make them smile and bring a little more light to their day.
There are many software and management tools that would become so helpful for you such as Cloud Platform as a Service (PaaS), Integrated Development Environments (IDE) Software Testing, Application Development, and Game Development, Software Development Analytics Tools, Test Management, and Web Frameworks. These are tools which would be helpful to you.
