I think wellness has been positioned as something that's exclusive, something that should be expensive, something that's out of reach, but I don't really see why. Because health and wellness is something that everybody experiences--it's asking how do you as an individual feel on a daily basis? Do you feel good? Are you living well or are you not? So, I think wellness is a category you're going to see become wider. More people are aware that they can be doing things preventatively that are going to make them feel better. More people are going to be interested in doing it and it's no longer going to be just for those who can afford expensive resources. There's a lot of noise out there--this diet versus this diet, this program this versus this program. I think you're going to start to have people figure out 'what does healthy look like for me personally?'

Holistic medicine focuses on treating the whole person rather than just their symptoms or illness alone. Online mental healthcare will continue to grow and evolve. Online therapy is already getting bigger and bigger as we speak, with numerous new platforms springing up during the pandemic. I think what we’ll see in 2023, as the restrictions of the pandemic hopefully continue to fall away, is that people will realize they prefer the convenience of online therapy.
