In the coffee manufacturing sector of the food manufacturing industry, employees are responsible for working with the plants and the beans, separating them, roasting them, and packaging them with care to ensure that they get from plant to consumer without compromising the integrity of the beans. This is an incredibly important job. In my own experience, there are times where it’s not the easiest job. Sometimes you have an influx of products that you have to sort, or sometimes a batch is roasted incorrectly. This is not one individual's fault, but there is a natural ebb and flow that comes with this specific work that people should be made aware of.
