A lot of companies give out fitness stipends that you can use towards a gym membership etc. However, one thing that most companies don't give you is time. Time is the most valuable asset we have, and something we have recently implemented is an extra 4 paid hours a week to use towards going to the gym and working out. This is 10% of our work week, but I believe that giving employees this time to workout, helps them be more productive the remaining 90% of the time.
