If there's no easy opportunity for water-cooler conversations or something similar, try and reach out over a chat platform like Slack while working. Exchanging ideas in such a manner quickly fosters growth in all who engage in it.
Make Your Team Aware of Opportunities: Once you've started taking advantage of that time, make sure to share it with your team! For learning initiatives, one useful method is to create a group message or channel on a workplace messaging platform. Share interesting articles you've come across, webinars you intend to attend, or certifications you believe your team will benefit from. I believe so. If they see their manager taking the time to improve, they will do the same.
