They WANT something & the only reason anyone Wants anything is that they Believe the will Feel Better in the Having of it. Society has trained us to React to circumstance & situations which focuses attention on the Issue so the prevailing thought is that of the Problem, not the Solution. Most would rather be Right, than Feel good in the Moment. HR pros are trained to Look at the Motivational Triggers in the Employee to evaluate where potential skills can be made the most Productive while keeping the Employee sufficiently Engaged to continue on as A Career.
