The golden snake plant is nearly impossible to kill and can thrive in a variety of low light and low water conditions. It's one of the easiest plants to propagate and has a very high success rate. In fact, it can be propagated from stem cuttings or leaf cuttings—both methods are incredibly simple and you can expect at least some of your cutting to take root. You don't have to worry about keeping it in perfect condition either as this plant is incredibly resilient and can handle some neglect. If you're looking for an easy plant to propagate, the golden snake plant could be a great choice!

Fiddle Leaf fig is one of the easiest to propagate and has a high success rate. All you have to do is take a cutting from an existing tree, keep it moist, and wait for the roots to start growing. The best part about propagating this plant is that you don't need any special tools or skills--just patience! And with patience comes reward, as this plant can quickly fill a room with its beautiful leaves. Plus, propagating your own Fiddle Leaf fig is much cheaper than buying a new one from the store. Give it a try and you'll be sure to have success!
My most successful plant propogation has been with my spider plants. I have dozens of spider plants of varying sizes all over my house and office, and they all came from the same original plant! To propagate these little guys, I detach the babies from the plant and put it directly in soil, keeping the soil moist.
The easiest plant I’ve tried to propagate is probably the spider plant (Chlorophytum comosum). It is a resilient species and propagates easily. All you have to do is cut off some of the “baby” spider plants, or offsets, from the main stem and pot them up in the soil. If you keep them in moist soil and a well-lit spot, they should root quickly. I’ve had the best success rate when propagating spider plants!
One of the easiest plants to propagate that I have personally tried is the pothos plant, also known as Epipremnum aureum. Pothos plants are often recommended for beginners due to their hardiness and ease of care, and they are also known to be relatively easy to propagate. Pothos plants can be propagated by taking stem cuttings and rooting them in water or soil. To propagate pothos in water, simply take a stem cutting that includes a few leaves and place it in a jar of water. The cutting should begin to grow roots within a few weeks, at which point it can be potted in soil. Pothos plants can also be propagated by placing stem cuttings directly in soil. To do this, simply take a stem cutting and remove the lower leaves, then plant it in moist soil.
Rosemary not only looks and smells great but it's also really easy to propagate from cuttings. Whilst there are usually two varieties, an upright one and a creeping version, both are really easy to propagate. You can take cuttings and dip the stem in rooting hormone before planting in module trays, or you might even have luck taking bigger cuttings and planting the stem (stripped of leaves) covered in the ground. I've always found Rosemary to be a really easy herb to grow and to propagate, and is a great one to have to hand for the kitchen too!
Cactus propagation is one of the easiest plant propagation methods for anyone who's just starting out. By propagating cacti, you can increase the number of your existing plants or create nice gifts to share with family and friends. You simply break off a piece of an existing ‘mother’ plant and lay it directly on top of soil; then in some weeks new roots will start to form and a new 'baby' cactus will emerge. This method often has an incredibly high success rate compared to other plants, making it great for those without much prior experience in propagating plants.
Pothos or Epipremnum aureum is the easiest plant to propagate and widely regarded as one of the most low-maintenance indoor plants to care for. For novice plant enthusiasts, Pothos is an excellent choice due to its forgiving nature. Besides ensuring that the lighting and watering conditions are appropriate, there is not much else you need to worry about, as outlined above. Pothos is an ideal plant for indoor environments since it has the ability to purify the air by filtering harmful gases and toxins.
