I really like the email tool SaneBox. It helps me manage my email inbox more efficiently and keep it organized. SaneBox is an app that scans your email and filters out the important messages so that you can focus on what's important. It also archives all of your old messages so that you can easily find them later. SaneBox also provides several other features, such as the ability to set up rules for filtering messages, the ability to snooze messages, and more. Overall, I've found it a very helpful tool for managing my email inbox.
Sender is a free email tool I use for crafting electronic direct mail marketing content and newsletters. I can easily create attractive materials, despite zero HTML know-how. I only need to choose from a template and customize it with elements such as images, videos, and texts. Sender allows me to build accurate buyer profiles. I can categorize my prospects into groups based on relevant characteristics. It may be about age, gender, or income levels, which will help create a Buyer Persona template document for my content. This way, I can improve my current email strategy and develop even more enticing offers. As part of Sender’s powerful analytics feature, I can track who opened my message, clicked on the links, and when these were opened.
Get Response is my absolute favorite due to its reliability and effectiveness. This email marketing tool will help you to convert your audience to customers in no time. For a small business or medium-sized business, it's like a knight in shining armor when it comes to bringing an engaging audience. It sends personalized offers according to the time when they're active the most. This higher the chances of getting seen. The 24/7 customer support is brilliant added with a variety of services it provides. And all this at an affordable price which makes it my favorite.
ConvertKit is an awesome email tool for E-commerce small businesses to increase sales. With some of the best automation tools on the market, ConvertKit is easy to use and costs only $29 a month. A visual builder interface helps create engaging newsletters. Lastly, smaller campaigns of 500 subscribers or less are included in the company’s free plan. It’s easy to see why ConvertKit has become so popular, as you get a lot of bang for your buck!
Boomerang is a great lightweight tool for scheduling emails. Essentially, the tool enables separating the time of writing emails from sending them. It allows sending them at a predefined time and setting up basic conditional logic for that. For instance, the email can be sent only in case of no reply.

Utilizing Mailchimp and Canva is a great to optimize emailers and campaigns. Canva now has a free integration with Mailchimp to seamlessly integrate designs plus the designs are to-scale for Mailchimp. Putting the two together optimizes a lot of work when it comes to emails.
I have noticed that MixMax is an overly helpful tool for anything email-related. It’s an email tracking and marketing automation tool that allows you to schedule email campaigns and monitor tracked emails to gauge prospect engagement: open rates, bounce rates, number of unsubscribes, etc. What’s more, the Sequence feature allows you to personalize bulk outreach campaigns using emails and tasks. Sequences let you choose when you want to distribute each email while setting conditions on how recipients navigate through the stages of your sequence.
I use the native GMail app however one of the things that I love to use are extensions to incorporate other programs that can help me to stay within Gmail but add functionality to it. I use extensions like Pipedrive and Loom; however, my favorite email tool is Followupthen. I call it a CEO Hack because it helps make me more effective and efficient and gives me a reminder if I'm supposed to follow up with someone or need to automatically send a reminder to them too based on a time in the future.
For project collaboration, we have used Asana. It's especially useful when it comes to project organization, keeping deadlines clear, and sharing archives. For communicating in real-time, we use either Slack or Google Meet. Slack is our go-to chat tool, while Google Meet is where we hold our weekly touch-base meetings. I use a combination of Gmail/Gmail labs and Firefox plugins/Firefox features. - I'm a big fan of Boomerang: It allows me to schedule emails; set reminders that you can snooze on or off going forward; drop in canned responses at the bottom of your email; auto-follow-ups if someone doesn't reply by X time, etc. It has probably reduced my email time by 30-50% (at least) at work. Plus, you have pretty cool snooze options you don't get in normal GMail, like after 5 mins, 45 mins later, every 5 mins for an hour, once tomorrow, soon (very handy if it's something you want to put off but not forget).
As a company handling insurance claims, we are constantly communicating with clients and insurance companies. One of the biggest problems that we have had in the past is not knowing whether our emails are being read, especially when we are requesting insurance claim settlements, specific documents, are a matter of priority. With Mailtrack, we know by who, when, and how many times an email has been read, including knowing when any attachments are opened or downloaded. No more insurance companies saying they "never got it." It really has been a very useful tool for us.
Hi, I'm Echo, founder and lead trainer at Yoga Kawa which offers corporate and condo yoga. I'm also a keynote speaker. It's challenging to be productive on a consistent basis, especially now that I'm working from home and juggling my business with other commitments. It's a good thing we have a wide range of tools to keep me on track. Google Calendar is one of them. Using it allows me to manage things that are scheduled for later in the month so that I may work efficiently and avoid wasting time on tasks that aren't urgent at the time. I really appreciate Google Calendar since it allows you to color-code several calendars, such as a personal life calendar or a professional calendar. The ability to access all of your tasks in one app makes it easier to stay organized and reduces my stress. I hope this helps, Echo Wang Founder, Yoga Kawa Website: www.yogakawa.com Instagram: @YogaKawa Facebook: Yoga Kawa YouTube: Yoga Kawa
As a marketer, images are a must for most of my work. Site blogs, email covers, social media, you name it. Canva is a huge time saver because I can design templates for just about any of my marketing needs and have beautiful graphics, images, and more that I can edit easily for my needs.
This is a very simple tool, but Gmail's "schedule send" function is very useful to me. I change time zones often, but want to make sure my emails are received at a convenient time for whoever I am emailing. With schedule send, I can make sure an Australian prospect receives my email at 9am even if I am sitting in Europe at 4pm, which would be around midnight in Australia. It's a small thing, but the little details and being considerate do matter when building business relations.

GetResponse is a comprehensive email marketing tool I use for automated lead generation. I can create landing pages, automate my emails, and convert my customers through its Automated Conversion Funnel tool. Its myriad of other tools helps in audience segmentation, autoresponders, and advanced analytics. GetResponse even possesses a webinar software. This way, I can amass leads, put them in the proper funnels, and transform them into returning customers. GetResponse's Live Chat function also helps me connect directly with customers through my landing pages and emails. Recipients of my email message can simply click a link or button, and this will open up a chat window where they can start a conversation with my brand.
The renowned marketing automation platform HubSpot has recently rolled out a HubSpot email marketing tool for work optimization. It can support various transaction email needs of a small business. If you require sending kickback emails from lead offers, promoting recent campaigns, and sending thank you emails after buying a product, this free version of HubSpot email marketing can do the job. The biggest consideration for using this free tool is its ease of use, and it features a handy drag-and-drop visual editor, which also comes endowed with ready-made templates to get you up and running quickly.
Zapier is my favorite email tool because it\'s simple to use and it helps me get my work done faster. Zapier is an online automation tool that lets you connect Email by Zapier with thousands of other popular apps to automate your work. With Zapier, you can easily create workflows—known as "Zaps"—that automatically move data between the apps you use most. I love how I can create rules that automate my email tasks such as filtering email and creating lists in Google Sheets. Zapier\'s library makes it easy to find the right tools for the job. Plus, there\'s a Zapier community that is always willing to help when I need it.
Grammarly is not only an email tool but a writing tool that is integrated into any web browser. It helps keep your writing smooth and concise. Plus, it helps with small details and punctuation. Overall, it is a tool that anyone should use.
I love Clockify, a free time tracker and timesheet that helps you track work hours across projects. The best way to manage your time is to set a time limit on your tasks and Clockify helps me improve my productivity by setting a timer on each project and letting me know when it's time to move on to the next thing. It shows me where I spend the most hours, and it helps me improve my time management skills. I find it especially helpful during busy periods because it allows me to focus on work for a set amount of time and only that time. Clockify is a great app that helps me balance out work and leisure time, so I get to spend quality time with my loved ones. By honoring the timer, I'm left with more time to enjoy my family and friends.
My favorite tool for optimizing my work flow has to be my calendar. It really is that simple and obvious. I live my entire life through my calendar and I don't know how I could be successful without it. I have used all sorts of CRM's, program management platforms, messaging apps, and digital marketing tools. Hands down, the heavyweight champ of getting the job done in an efficient manner, is my calendar. The issue a lot of people have is they don't properly utilize it as a tool. Once I conditioned myself to pay attention to it and use it as intended, I was able to organize my entire life and set myself up for success.
