I use Attentive for our SMS Marketing. I like it as it ties nicely into Klaviyo as well eCommerce platforms like Shopify and Big Commerce. It's easy to create segments and one thing that's really nice is the AI automation of messages, they'll offer some suggestions of different messages based off my message and sometimes theirs are more clever or more salesy if I'm not feeling in an especially creative mood one day. The reporting is also top notch as well.
I like using Signal for my business communications. Its focus on privacy and security, with end-to-end encryption, is important to me. It's not as feature-rich as some bigger apps, but I prefer its simplicity and commitment to privacy. Even though it's not as popular as Telegram or WhatsApp, it's great for anyone who values secure communication like I do.
A text messaging tool I use specifically to keep in touch with my team and clients from the US is OpenPhone, which lets me send a text message to phones numbers, rather than through messaging apps which not everyone may use. OpenPhone lets me have real time conversations, react to messages and even create note threads within a conversation to refer to later.
WeChat is my preferred tool for business messaging, especially when dealing with contacts in Asia. It's an all-in-one platform for text, voice, and video messaging, and its widespread popularity makes it easy to connect with a diverse range of contacts. The platform also supports various business functions like payments and official accounts.

Zendesk has taken the lead as my preferred text messaging tool for business. Its seamless integration with various communication channels, the ability to automate responses, and the ease of tracking conversations have all significantly streamlined my company's workflow. I particularly value its ability to maintain the context of a conversation, improving the quality of our customer interactions. The impact was tangible; I noticed a significant reduction in response time and increased customer satisfaction after implementing Zendesk.
My favorite text messaging tool for business is definitely Slack. I have used it for several years now in various work environments, and it has consistently proven to be the most efficient and user-friendly option. It allows for seamless communication with team members, both one-on-one and in group chats, which makes coordinating projects and tasks much easier. Additionally, the ability to integrate other tools and apps into Slack, such as Google Drive and Trello, makes it a valuable all-in-one platform for streamlining work processes.
When it comes to text messaging tools and apps I would say that I prefer WhatsApp Business. It has a seamless interface, easy to use and understand, and has a professional touch. The dedicated business profile feature is amazing, here you can showcase crucial information like operating hours, contact details, and services. This is instrumental in creating strong customer relationships. WhatsApp Business's efficient communication tools, like automated replies and quick responses, streamline interactions. Especially handy during busy periods, these features allow for quick customer support, improving satisfaction levels, and retaining clientele. With its end-to-end encryption, it ensures that sensitive data does not get leaked. Giving the customer a sense of relief that communications stay confidential during times when sensitive information is shared. I feel that this incredible app has played a pivotal role in my day-to-day and has become an indispensable part of my online business.
I favor Trello for business messaging, especially for project management. While it's primarily a task management tool, its commenting and notification system works well for team communication. It helps keep our project conversations focused and organized within the context of specific tasks or projects.
My favorite text messaging tool is WhatsApp Business. You can create a dedicated profile with essential brand information so users can easily identify and connect with you. One of its features that I like best is that you can use quick replies to answer common questions, set up automated greeting messages, and create away messages to inform customers when you’re unavailable. WhatsApp is also known for its end-to-end encryption, so we can provide assurance to our clients in terms of the security and privacy of messages exchanged between us.
As a founder deeply immersed in the software landscape, I've experimented with various text messaging tools, but my personal favorite is Slack. It's not just a preference; it's a tool that has seamlessly integrated into our daily operations. What sets Slack apart for me is its blend of simplicity and robustness. It's intuitive enough for quick, informal chats yet sophisticated enough for in-depth discussions or sharing files. Our team's productivity has noticeably increased since we adopted Slack. Its channels keep conversations organized, and the search functionality is a lifesaver for recalling past discussions or documents. Moreover, its compatibility with numerous third-party apps enhances our workflow efficiency, allowing us to integrate tools like Asana and Google Drive directly. On a more personal note, Slack's whimsical interface and custom emojis add a light-hearted touch to our communications, fostering a positive work environment. It's these small, user-centric features that truly make Slack an indispensable tool in our business communications arsenal.
The Ultimate Business Messaging Tool for Seamless Communication and Productivity! One text messaging tool for businesses that has intrigued me is Slack. Having used Slack while working for different organisations, I can assure you that there is no better tool for team communication. Also, its file-sharing feature offers convenience to employees and adds to its already brilliant functionalities. The best part about using Slack for business communication is its ability to seamlessly integrate with business applications like Jira for effective task management.
For direct and instant business communication, I prefer using Line. It's widely used in certain regions, making it a great tool for international business communication. The app's features like free voice and video calls, along with the ability to follow official business accounts, make it a versatile choice.
Since I have been using TextMagic, I got many benefits from it. As a result, it has become my favorite messaging tool. I can use it for many roles. For instance, I capitalize on it for marketing and providing exceptional customer support. Its automated bulk texting allows me to send numerous marketing messages to all my target customers. As it delivers segmentation, I can also add personalization to my messages to my customers. Its scheduling feature aids me in sending messages to customers at appropriate times, like when the chances of opening the messages by customers are the highest. I also use it to send surveys to my customers. They record their feedback, and I can improve my company's services based on it.
My favorite text messaging tool for business is SlickText. I've used it at several different companies, and it's always been a great way to stay on top of things without needing to be in constant contact with everyone. SlickText is easy to use, but it also has a lot of features that make it really powerful when you need them. The best thing about it for me is being able to create templates for common messages and just fill in the blanks—it saves me so much time that I would otherwise spend writing out the same message over and over again. And since the templates are customizable, they work well even when you're sending messages to people who don't know each other well yet. The only downside is that sometimes I forget how many characters I have left in a text message before sending it, so sometimes my messages end up being shorter than they should be! But overall, SlickText has been a lifesaver for me—and if you're looking for an easy way to manage your business communication while still maintaining your personal life balance, then this might be something worth exploring!

Twist's organized structure keeps conversations neatly segmented, making it easier for teams to locate past discussions and find relevant information. This messaging tool promotes focused collaboration, enabling businesses to have productive and structured conversations. Its emphasis on organization sets it apart from more popular choices.
One favorite for business texting is Slack. Slack combines the best of group chat and direct messaging into one easy-to-use platform. Slack allows users to create public or private channels, depending on whether you want to communicate with your entire team or just a select few. Within these channels, you can share files, make voice or video calls, and integrate with other tools such as Google Drive or Trello. But what sets Slack apart as a text messaging tool for business is its ability to organize conversations into threads. This makes it easy to follow specific discussions and keep important information in one place. No more sifting through endless messages just to find that one crucial piece of information.
I love Podium. It's the easiest way to send text messages to your customers and keep them engaged with your brand. I've been using Podium for a few years now, and it's been so helpful in keeping my clients happy and engaged. It makes sending out automated messages so easy—you can schedule them, customize them, and send them on any device! My favorite thing about Podium is that it's so customizable. I've seen other text message platforms where you have to pay extra money just to get a few extra features, but with Podium you get everything included at no additional cost. The fact that they're constantly working on new updates and improvements makes me feel confident that they'll continue improving their already-great product!
Textedly is my favorite text messaging platform for business. I have been utilizing it for a long time. One of its features that I love the most is its suggestion of SMS keywords. I can use these keywords to make my text messages to customers intriguing and eye-catching. Thanks to it, I could boost my text message marketing campaigns. Most of my target customers open my promotional messages, which makes my text message marketing campaigns successful. Its comprehensive analytics enables me to see the outcomes of my marketing campaigns. Textedly also helps me stay in touch with my customers and clients with auto-reply texts. Furthermore, its mass-texting ensures smooth collaboration with my teams.

An instance that exemplifies its efficacy: throughout a pivotal product launch, interdisciplinary teams utilized Slack to effectively coordinate endeavors, exchange updates, and promptly resolve concerns. The platform's adaptability and intuitive interface have significantly improved our internal communication, solidifying its position as my preferred option for business text messaging.
