It's an app that allows you to select in detail the content you share with clients. The way I like to work with clients is that they see the specific step-by-step progression of each task, but they only have the ability to edit in the comments box at a specific stage of the task. In addition, the client is automatically notified when comments can be added and are able to monitor the project at various stages. Thanks to this solution, I work significantly more efficiently, and my relationship with clients has improved - they are calmer, and we communicate better as I don't constantly get inquiries about the status of the project.

We can collaborate with clients in real-time using the online whiteboard tool Miro. Wireframing, brainstorming, mind mapping, and visual collaboration all make use of it. Miro is our team's and our clients' preferred method of cooperation thanks to its intuitive UI and rich feature set. We utilize Miro, for instance, while creating a brand-new client website. Wireframes, content, and design are all worked on together in a Miro board that we build and invite the customer to join. My favorite tool to collaborate with clients is Miro. This cloud-based workspace allows me to easily do a variety of things with clients; collect ideas, brainstorm in one space, build and run more detailed workshops, collaborate with mutiple members, and even anonymously vote on ideas and solutions. Miro allows me to do pretty much everything I would in a real world workshopping scenario, but virtually – which is especially useful now, with most of us having to work remotely. The workspace is incredibly user-friendly and intuitive for first time users, but the added functionality that allows me to “run” a session is really powerful. I can easily bring all the viewers to the section of the board I’m working on, as well as hide content from them if needed, ready to reveal later in the session. It can even be used as a presentation tool, to summarize the collaborative work we've been doing.
