What's a memorable experience you've had with implementing machine learning algorithms in your workplace?

I've used machine learning models for various applications. One of the most memorable experiences was when I implemented a successful model to distinguish between a real and a fake GPS/GNSS signal received by a software-defined receiver. I trained four different models, tested their accuracies and measured their inference time and surprisingly found that the simplest model was the best performing one.
