India happens to be at an inflection point where the veterinary practice is evolving very quickly. My first trauma fracture repair (almost 15 years ago) with a bone plate to performing the first total hip replacement (started last year) or spinal decompression to brain tumor removal have had its own set of challenges ranging from buying equipment to upgrading skills and knowledge. The journey continues and now we are routinely performing cardiac surgeries like pace maker implantation and mitral valve replacement, micro neuro surgeries and joint replacement procedures.
