I think the most important thing to keep in mind when it comes to maintaining a consistent writing style across different works is to be you. You can tell when the author writes in his or her own way versus trying to copy another author's writing style just because the other author's writing seems to attract a lot more readership - safe to say, it doesn't work that way. We are all unique for a reason, and the same goes for our writing. Even if you are dealing with different niches or content types, you can still maintain the consistency of your writing style since you put your heart and a bit of yourself into each piece.
I’m a character-driven novelist. I want you to care deeply about the individuals who populate my stories. At the outset, I create a character page: 10, 20 or 30 personality traits, physical descriptions, and motivations, and then I look back in the manuscript to ensure that I have shown messiness, frugality, their language of love, their punctuality, their fear of bridges over water, etc. Creating scenes to show not tell, I then weave these elements into scenes throughout the narrative, ensuring that every development is an opportunity to reveal their rich complexities.

To maintain consistency in your writing style, you must be fully aware and cognisant of your brand voice at all times. Is your voice (brand personality) fun, formal, colloquial, excited or strictly professional? It may help to create a little picture of your voice. Is it a cutesy purple rabbit? Is it a boss woman in a power suit? When you write, imagine that character. What do they sound like? What words do they use? Do they like to use exclamation marks? Settle on your voice before you start writing anything, then consistency will come naturally.
