The simplest and most effective method are the basics of communication and value for any team member, ultimately respect. Always ensure that you have an open door and willing to make a few minutes to chat with you team. Having a friendly atmosphere means people are naturally relaxed in the office. This ensures that you have a high morale and keeps communication paths open amoungst teams. Behind this ensure that the basic needs of employees are always set. For instance pay, holidays and working conditions are all inline with what employees are wanting. Feedback amoungst a team must be provided regualarly and ontop of that any feedback needs to be discussed actioned and resolved quickly. These elements although they are basic ensures people feel valued and team morale remains high.
