The best Salesforce CRM alternative is Microsoft Dynamics 365. It's an all-in-one business management solution to help businesses, from small to large enterprises, streamline their customer relationship management processes and operations. Microsoft Dynamics 365 offers comprehensive modules for customer service, sales, marketing, finance & operations, and project service automation. Microsoft Dynamics 365 features a highly intuitive user interface that lets users quickly configure business solutions without technical training or coding knowledge. The platform also offers robust integration options with various popular applications such as Outlook, Office 365, Slack, and Yammer among others. As a cloud solution with flexible deployment models (on-premises or cloud), it can be easily customized to fit individual business needs, a great benefit for growing organizations that need a scalable CRM system that can evolve over time.
Hubspot is a CRM that is also an SEO platform and an inbound marketing platform. It’s a great Salesforce CRM alternative because it’s powerful, well-designed and easy to use. The biggest benefit of Hubspot CRM is that it’s a holistic marketing platform. You can track your leads, customers and contacts, create and track campaigns, and create sales reports. You can also create and track your SEO and inbound marketing efforts all in one place. In addition, Hubspot is easy to use. It has a clean, modern interface that’s easy to navigate. It also has a ton of integrations with other tools, so it’s easy to set up automated workflows between Hubspot and your other tools. Finally, it’s a cloud-based solution, so there’s no expensive hardware to buy. All you need is an internet connection.
One alternative that is consistently ranked highly in customer reviews and comparisons is HubSpot CRM. HubSpot CRM is a cloud-based system that offers a free version with robust features, including contact management, deal tracking, and email tracking. It also integrates with HubSpot's marketing and sales tools, allowing organizations to streamline their sales and marketing efforts. In addition, HubSpot CRM offers a user-friendly interface and customization options, allowing businesses to tailor the system to their unique needs. The system also provides a variety of reporting and analytics features, giving organizations valuable insights into their sales and marketing performance. Overall, HubSpot CRM is a great option for small and mid-sized businesses looking for an affordable, all-in-one CRM system.
Dynamics 365 is basically Salesforce if it could also integrate seamlessly with Microsoft's existing suite of products. It does basically everything you can do in Salesforce but in a much more convenient fashion for companies running a good deal of Microsoft products. It also has a slightly higher focus on security than Salesforce, which I've always valued quite highly for CRM software. Zoho, on the other hand, has strong points rooted in custom workflow rules and page custimizations that allow for more flexible automation options in my experience. It is great for start-ups and small businesses because of their pricing model, as their free plan lets you set up three users and gives you access to most of the most important CRM features and their lite plan costs about a third of what you'd pay for with Dynamics or Salesforce and does the majority of what you'd need as a small business.
It might be a bit of a controversial statement as Salesforce has long been the industry standard, but most recently I've really come around in Microsoft Dynamics 365. It comes with a bit of a learning curve to switch off Salesforce, but on the whole I have yet to find something that Salesforce does significantly better than Dynamics, while Dynamics has a whole host of advantages of Salesforce with the most significant being their easy integration with all Microsoft enterprise products.
When looking for a Salesforce CRM alternative, one of the best options is HubSpot CRM. HubSpot provides customer relationship management solutions, including marketing automation, customer service, and even sales productivity tools. Unlike Salesforce, which requires users to use third-party solutions to access its feature-rich toolset, HubSpot offers an all-in-one user dashboard, so accessing any of the desired features is efficient and stress-free. HubSpot CRM offers maximum scalability with advanced customization capabilities and numerous support options like instructional videos, email assistance, and live chat. These are just some of the reasons why businesses are choosing HubSpot as their go-to Salesforce CRM alternative.
Salesforce gives you everything you need from a CRM, So if you are looking for an alternative it's likely down to the fact they are really expensive... Fear not, while Salesforce may be the industry leader and you may have already looked at a host of other tools (like Hubspot) that are still way to pricey there are tools that match the functionality and even exceed it in some regards. Active Campaign is a tool I have been using for the past 7 years and it hits the sweet spot of connecting to every third party service I use while still having the same functionality as the industry leaders. I have used it to connect email marketing departments with sales teams multiple times and it really delivers. You will be surprised how easy it is to setup with your current services and it really does a great job inline with the best CRMs in the industry.
