The best mental health advice for the founder is to limit social media exposure. I am not saying to limit the social media exposure of your business. If you have a personal social media account, then you need to limit your exposure there. Many times founders feel stressed due to negative comments and forge accounts. If founders have limited social media exposure, they will come to know less about what people think about them. No negative comments and no judgmental comments that can indirectly affect your productivity in the workplace. Today, people can’t keep themselves away from social media. So, limiting the use and exposure can be a challenging task for you. But being a founder or a businessman you need to work on limiting the same.
My best advice for other Founders to *really* take care of their mental health is to intentionally plan times to prioritize their mental health. For example, if particular days are calmer than others, schedule some time to do something that you feel would aid your mental heath. I've gotten into the habit of scheduling massages, therapy appointments, etc. in advance so I can't talk myself out of it.

The reality, of course, is much different when you're starting a business and running the whole show. I found that if I want to do anything for myself -- especially exercise -- I need to do it first. Otherwise, I wouldn't make time for it later in the day because other "more important" priorities would take over. Exercise has been great for my mental health. It's my "me time" and lets me clear my mind before the busyness of the day sinks in.
