My favorite "badge" that I give employees as part of an employee engagement initiative is an experience reward. For example, if they meet a certain goal or milestone, I might give them a daytrip to explore a neighboring city. This gives them the chance to experience something unique and unexpected that's still within their budget. It allows them to get away from work for a bit while still maintaining their focus on their career goals. Additionally, it serves as a way for the organization to recognize the hard work and dedication of its employees in meaningful ways.
