Mindset is my favorite book on mindfulness because it's based in scientific research. Don't get me wrong, I love books that are based on anecdotal experiences and theory, but the data Dweck uses to underpin her book help me to feel safer implementing her ideas. One of the most valuable concepts I got from Mindset was the abundance vs. the scarcity mindset. It's so critical to me that I made it part of the core values of my company so that I'm constantly mindful of whether I'm operating in scarcity mode or truly adopting an abundance perspective.
