As the founder and Chief Riding Officer of ERide Journal, it would only be right of me to shamelessly plug my brand if I had to name a boat. If I don't believe my brand is boat-worthy, then who will? I review Personal Watercrafts (such as electric surfboards and electric jet skis), so it would only make sense for me to have a Personal Watercraft and name it after the entity I use to review them. Thank you for your consideration and I hope this helps! Best, Nick Varga nick@eridejournal.com
If I had a boat, I would name it "The High Seas Adventurer". It would be a reminder to me to always stay true to my adventurous spirit and explore the world around me. This boat would be my trusty steed, and I would always be ready to traverse the seas and sail to new lands.
My buddies and I share a passion for fantasy football and boating. We all own boats and decided that the loser of last year's fantasy football league would have to rename their boat including a new paint job. We voted on the name and it was finalized that the loser would have to name their boat "Leaky But Whole". Thankfully, I didn't lose the fantasy football league, but the loser did follow through and repainted his boat with the name "Leaky But Whole". To his credit, it gets a lot of looks and it's a big conversation starter. So if you're looking to "peacock" a bit on the water, might I suggest you name your boat "Leaky But Whole"? It makes for a good laugh.
Once upon a time, the seafaring hero Jason set out on a quest with the help of the Argonauts, a brave and daring crew who sailed on the legendary ship Argo. They succeeded in retrieving the Golden Fleece. The Argo symbolizes adventure and the courage and determination needed to achieve one's goals. Naming my boat after it would pay tribute to the Argonauts and inspire me never to give up, no matter the odds. A reminder that anything is possible with courage and determination.
