The most valuable aspect of a candidates experience is communication. Communication goes in many different ways such as how long an interview process will go, communicating of changes in the organization they should be aware of, and most importantly, the communication as to why they were not selected for the role. I find this personally the most important because it helps with improving themselves for the next position.
-When a candidate is interviewing, it is imperative to provide feedback quickly if you are interested in them. -As it relates to the candidate interview experience,if you would like to move forward presenting an offer rather than another interview. -3/5 positions offer hybrid opportunity, if you would like to expand your candidate pool, hybrid or remote have been very attractive to current job seekers. -Spending less time on evaluating the resume and more what the person is capable of rather than what they previous expereience states, gives the hiring manager to see what the resume doesn\'t provide. -Candidates are typically interviewing for 3-5 positions at a time. It is far more likely a candidate will select a role that provides flexibility. - It is vital to humanize the employee/employer relationship especially in this market.
