My passion for design stems from how it's enriched my tech industry experiences. I went to Carnegie Mellon University from 2015-2019, earning a Bachelor in Design & Human Computer Interaction. Post-graduation, I joined Google in different roles in product and robot designs, including Product & Design at Everyday Robots and leading the hardware interaction design for Pixel Buds Pro. I was a Creative Technologist at Creative Lab 5 too. Before Google, I worked at Microsoft as a Hardware Interaction Designer for Surface, Xbox, and HoloLens, and also as a UX Designer. Now, I'm Founder & CEO at Automat, focusing on AI Automation with GPT4 and Computer Vision. In this project, design is key because it shapes user experience, drives innovation, and ensures our AI and computer vision solutions are accessible and user-friendly. This means that customers become familiar with that design and will be more likely to identify it if one of our ads pops up for them. On top of that, design plays an important role in creating a good user experience on our website. When customers visit our site, they want to experience the same sort of look and feel on each page so that they understand how to navigate those pages, what is relevant to them, etc. Successful brands almost always have great design elements. That’s not a coincidence.
