I am currently working on a feature about how difficult it is for Airbnb hosts to have negative reviews removed from the platform – even when those reviews or low scores relate to non essential items or features that were never included in the listing in the first place. Are you an Airbnb host who has received an unfair review from a guest and struggled to get it removed? This query is specifically for active Airbnb hosts. Pitches from professionals who cannot demonstrate that they currently host on Airbnb will not be considered.
