For my small business, 2 tools I use and recommend are ConvertKit for email marketing and Fathom Analytics as a replacement for Google Analytics. Having tried Mailchimp and Constant Contact, I found my ideal email marketing software is ConvertKit. It is well-priced for the tools it offers. Creating beautiful emails is much easier than using MailChimp and Constant Contact. The UI is just better and more intuitive. Creating a welcome series and segmenting lists is a breeze. Since moving over to ConvertKit the time I spend on creating flows and campaigns is much lower to get much nicer results. Since transitioning to GA4, I wanted to find a better option for tracking traffic and conversions. After trying several options I have stuck with Fathom Analytics. The price is great, and the setup and data are much more straightforward than Google Analytics. It is much easier to see the data and to set up conversion events. While I still have GA4 set up, I go to Fathom to see my analytics data much more often than Google Analytics.

These tools together makes it easy to manage relationships, market and look good online.
