Sometimes the best revenge is no revenge. It's best to stay quiet and focus on your success rather then to dwell on being right or fighting back. The best way to get revenge on your boss is to kill them with kindness and becoming successful. Prove your boss wrong by becoming the best employee that everyone loves around the office; the person people want to be. Seeing your success with people and in your career will drive them crazy. Become the most successful you've every been and soon enough, you won't even be thinking about revenge. Kindness and success will make your boss feel threatened, which can be revenge in itself.
Do really well in your next job. Even if this boss doesn't know about your new position, you will still feel a sense of fulfillment knowing that you are thriving, despite any negative or discouraging comments they may have thrown at you in the past. You will be proving to yourself that your previous boss could not keep you down.
I think the best way to get revenge on your boss is to quit, start your own company and become more successful than they are. I don't know how many bad bosses are responsible for causing the start of successful companies, but I'm sure it is a lot. And there is no better revenge than proving someone wrong.
Don’t. Just go talk to them. Confrontation leads to resolution and revenge leads to retaliation. We don’t need to be focusing our attention on revenge today, we need to be focusing our attention on finding ways to resolve issues. That's how we get better as a society.
I think taking the high road is always best. However, measures should be taken if your boss is putting you into a situation where you feel threatened or could lose your job. One of the best things to do is quietly start keeping a record of all activities or interactions between you and your boss. You may also want to keep a record of work you performed, including personnel evaluations, in case your work or character is challenged. There could come a day when a higher-up will come to you with a complaint from your boss and will need to defend yourself. Detailed records like this will be how to do it. In providing these records, you can get the perfect revenge on your boss without doing anything unseemly.
Seeking vengeance against a boss or anyone is an empty pursuit that benefits no one involved. If you have a work environment where your boss is doing things that make you feel like you want to seek revenge, that is a workplace you want to leave immediately. Once you've removed yourself from that environment, you should review your options as far as legal action if it's warranted. However, under no circumstances, should you ever seek revenge against a boss. No matter how egregious their actions may have been, seeking out revenge does not change what happened, and can only get you in trouble. That's why I say living a good life is the best revenge. When you move on and forget about those past transgressions from your boss, it weakens their control over you. Live a happy life with them in the rearview and quickly they lose any power over you and how you feel. Once they lose power over you, you have defeated them. Please let me know if you have any questions!
One way to get revenge on your boss is to quit and work for one of their competitors. This will disrupt their business and cause them financial harm. Additionally, it will likely frustrate and anger your former boss, which may be satisfying for you. Of course, this approach isn't without risks. Make sure you have another job lined up before you quit! However, this can be an effective form of revenge if executed correctly.
The best way to take revenge on your boss is not to quit easily and stand in front of him/her confidently. If you’ve got a trouble-maker boss then this is the first thing that s/he will want from you. And, if you’re right, you shouldn’t server it directly. Once you leave, s/he will be no less than God and think that s/he is capable of doing anything. This will only boost up his/her morale and encourage him/her to continue the ill behavior. Also, your peers will consider that you’re at fault. Instead of this, you must stand firm and face him/her, raise your voice against ill-actions, and continue giving your best.
You do not always have to let your boss intimidate you, just because they are your boss. Try to reach a point where you can impress them with your intellect. For instance, if you come up with a really innovative business strategy that works, you could win them over with your ability to figure things out that they cannot. Knowledge is power, so try to learn things that could help the company that your boss may have not already thought of. They will end up seeing you as an invaluable asset to the company, rather than someone that they can just boss around.
The best way to get revenge is to outdo them in one way or the other. The first is that you can complete your tasks efficiently and on time. Improving your performance will have a positive impact on your resume. This will also give you the upper hand on your boss's boss and make you a good candidate for a promotion in the same firm or a better job elsewhere.
There are a few ways to get revenge on your boss: 1. Quit your job and leave them high and dry. 2. Give them a taste of their own medicine by being extra passive-aggressive and doing everything halfheartedly. 3. Find a way to sabotage their work or plans.
Eating your boss’s lunch —revenge so petty that it is cruel. When hunger strikes, it is glaring and unrelenting—this is especially true amidst the grind of a busy and stressful day. Intentionally eating someone else’s lunch as your own is foul and borderline evil; it is an act of utter disdain and disrespect. This is a shrewd way get revenge on your boss.

Kindness and forgiveness are different ways to take revenge without harming your self-respect or dignity. "Revenge is like you are drinking poison and excepting the other person to die." This common proverb is about mental health and forgiveness. Next, ask yourself a simple question, why do you need to take revenge on your boss? Lastly, if the work environment is toxic, open the conversation with your boss or human resources instead of seeking revenge.
If you want to get revenge on your boss, I guess that you have many good reasons for that. And you are currently looking for a new job. Here’s the plan. No matter how frustrated, angry, and burned out you feel, sacrifice for the very last time and do your best to achieve the (workplace) greatness. You know–mind-blowing results, happy customers who just can’t stop complimenting you, and money rain. Once you get there, leave the company. Just like that. Losing an employee may hurt the boss, may not. You never know. BUT loosing a great one always will. You will leave your boss stuck in vision of what else you could do and how much money you could earn for them if you worked here. But it won’t happen. And that’s the point. Ouch.
Living well is the best revenge. Enjoying success and forgetting grudges is the best form of getting back at a problematic boss. Hate and anger are corrosive forces for a mind and spirit to maintain. Release any resentment, move on, and prosper with new opportunities and a better outlook on life.

The best way to get revenge on your boss is to fire them. Show them who is really boss and start your own company implementing all the hard work and skills you obtain but they’ve so easily over looked.
Success is the best revenge. Channel all your energy into making your job successful so that your boss must recognize it. If you leave the company for a new job, make your new job so successful that your boss realizes they made a huge mistake in letting you go. Your boss will have egg on their face when those above your boss notice your fine work either in your office or elsewhere.
Trying to get revenge on your boss or someone above you can have many adverse effects, even the risk of losing your job. The best way to get back to your boss is by being more hardworking and giving your best in your work area. Doing this makes them feel guilty for the wrong they have done to you and gives you more respect for being a better person.
