I recommend the Diabetes Buddy app. It allows patients to track their glucose levels over time and even gives action plans for keeping blood sugar in a healthy range. It's really user-friendly, so you don't have to be a tech genius to use it. I think it's great to see so many useful health apps emerging, and Diabetes Buddy is definitely worth checking out if you are diabetic.

You are assigned a personal health coach and they communicate with you on a daily basis making sure you succeed using dieticians and other professionals who personally review your case and work with you hand and hand so you have the best chance of success. I know of a few people who are on this program and they are doing quite well.
