Hi, I’m Justin. I followed the traditional path most people are taught to take — school, a good job, and contributing to a 401(k). On the surface, it looked like I was doing everything “right,” but in reality, I was building someone else’s dream instead of long-term wealth for my own family. While those experiences were valuable, they also showed me the limits of active real estate — dealing with tenants, operational headaches, managing contractors, and . That realization led me to apartment investing, where the fundamentals made far more sense: professional property management, scalable cash flow, tax write offs, and the ability to grow wealth passively without day-to-day involvement. I founded Goodin Development, an Indiana-based real estate development company focused exclusively on building Class A, luxury multifamily communities from the ground up. My company specializes in identifying high-growth markets, acquiring well-located land, and delivering thoughtfully designed apartment communities that serve both residents and long-term investors.
