I am writing an article on how to approach insurance as a short-term rental host, especially how landlord insurance is not enough. I am looking for first-hand insights and experiences.

1) What insurance do you have for your STR? If you don't have landlord insurance, why or why not?

3) If you chose a short-term rental insurance policy, what aspect of coverage mattered most to you, and why?
