HR leaders needed: What is eNPS, and why does it matter?"
I'm working on a piece on employee net promoter score (eNPS) for Lattice. I'm looking for HR leaders and HR professionals who can answer the following questions. Please ONLY respond if you're a HR leader or HR professional or a PR representative:
- When a company gets their eNPS results back, what should they look at first? And what are the most common ways some companies misinterpret their score?
- How can you drive employee participation and honesty when surveying eNPS to get the best possible data?
- Once you have the eNPS data and the qualitative feedback, what's the first thing an HR team or manager should do with it? How do you prioritise what to address first?
- Measuring eNPS is just one facet of employee engagement/sentiment. What other questions should organisations ask — and how much qualitative feedback do you really need to make the score useful?
