My favorite business podcast to listen to as an entrepreneur is the Masters of Scale podcast hosted by Reid Hoffman. Each episode features conversations with successful entrepreneurs such as Mark Zuckerberg, Elon Musk and Jeff Bezos, who offer insights and strategies for growing a business. The episodes focus on how companies scale from small to large, making it invaluable content for anyone looking to start or grow their own business. It's inspiring to hear stories of success firsthand, not just in theory, providing tangible motivation to achieve one's goals. Thanks!
One of my favorite podcasts to listen to as an entrepreneur is the "Entrepreneur On Fire" podcast. This podcast is hosted by John Lee Dumas, an award-winning podcaster and entrepreneur, and it is dedicated to inspiring and educating entrepreneurs from all over the world. Each episode features inspiring interviews with successful entrepreneurs and business leaders to discuss their journey, their successes and their failures, and the lessons they’ve learned along the way. Second Time Founders is a weekly podcast that discusses news in the tech industry with—you guessed it—founders who have started their second company. They discuss all the challenges of starting a business, from funding to burnout, and routinely have guests who have also started multiple businesses. The hosts share their wealth of experience in both success and failure with eager entrepreneurs who are navigating the same path. Hosted by Julien Smith (Breather, Practice), Kevin Gibbon (Shyp, Airhouse), Andy Berman (Nanit, Vowel), and Joe Fernandez (Klout, Joymode, newco). Listen on Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or YouTube.
My pick of the litter may seem a bit outside the box, but that's exactly what makes it invaluable: Library Talks from the NY Public Library. Now, an entrepreneur shouldn't freak out at the "library" part: it's not for bookworms, by bookworms. Think of it as an assortment of super interesting guests that tackle a range of topics you don't even think about, like an undercover reporting about the prison system or what's lying beneath the story of Frankenstein... Not only do these topics (and their marvelous guests!) give you a break and a fresh start, but they also provide rare, unorthodox viewpoints that can yield some fantastic ideas for your business.
If there's one podcast that every entrepreneur should listen to every week, the All-In Podcast is it. In it, four renowned investors and company builders - Chamath Palihapitiya, Jason Calacanis, David Sacks and David Friedberg - talk about current events, politics, technology, and business. They have diverse viewpoints and unique areas of focus that make the discussions dynamic, entertaining and deeply interesting. There's no other podcast that offers this sort of horsepower on a regular basis. I couldn't more highly recommend it.
As a blogger and Blogging Expert, my favorite podcast is The Blogging Millionaire podcast. I strongly believe that every business should have a blog to share their expertise and attract more traffic to their website. This podcast is amazing because Brandon Gaille (CEO of the popular blogging tool RankIQ) shares extremely valuable content with all the insights you need when it comes to blogging and SEO. All the episodes are short and to the point, and after each episode you have learned a new growth hack you can start working on your blog, and it's all for free!
I have been listening to GaryVee's audio experience for a few years now and it has become an essential part of my day. His content is always relevant, inspiring, and motivating. Not only that but his enthusiasm and energy make the podcast enjoyable to listen to as well. One of the strengths of the podcast is that it is very actionable, Shaan tries to extract from the guests the specific tactics and strategies they used to achieve success. The guests come from a variety of industries and have a wide range of experiences, making the show interesting for entrepreneurs and business owners of all levels.
As an entrepreneur, I recognize that sales and go-to-market strategies are critical to growth and oftentimes difficult to architect. I love Kleiner Perkins' Grit Podcast, hosted by Joubin Mirzadegan. Joubin is a partner at Kleiner Perkins and interviews CEOs and Sales leaders of successful companies. They spare no detail in the history, challenges, and successes of these individuals' careers. Grit provides a unique perspective to entrepreneurs because of the pure tenacity it takes to build and scale a company. Gleaning insight from some of the top sales leaders in the world, there is always great detail to walk away with to consider implementing at your company.

As I grow my business, I am conscious of making time for my loved ones and myself. To ensure that I am a great, supporting husband for my wife and a present, engaging, loving dad to my son. That starts with becoming the best version of myself and being happy and fulfilled. Doing all of those things well whilst still giving myself time to do something I enjoy is no mean feat. It's challenging but enriching. One podcast I listen to while I work helps me navigate this, to be the best person and feel fulfilled, is The Whole Man Academy podcast with Anthony Astbury. Each episode will be an interview with a man with a mission, whether a retired sportsman, entrepreneur, life coach, body coach, TV personality, A-list model, etc. What it does it help you understand the challenges and troubles that face men from all backgrounds and walks of life and gives practical tips to use in your day.
